Are your craft sculpture pieces one-of-a-kind, or do you make multiples of the same design?

Great question! I love diving into this because it’s at the heart of what makes my craft so personal. The answer is: it depends on the piece, but I work with both approaches.

For my one-of-a-kind sculptures, each piece is truly singular. I pour all my creative energy into a specific concept—often inspired by a fleeting emotion, a particular texture, or a conversation with a client. These originals are carved, modeled, and finished entirely by hand, with no two ever sharing the same subtle imperfections or surface marks. They carry the story of my hands in every curve, and once sold, they leave my studio forever.

But I also create limited edition runs of certain designs. Why? Because some ideas feel too universal to keep silent. I might produce a series of 8 to 25 castings, each bearing its own number (e.g., 3/25) and my signature. Even within an edition, I invite variation—perhaps a different patina finish or a slightly adjusted base—so each piece feels like its own character. A collector who loves the “Dancing Leaves” form but wants a deeper bronze hue can have that custom touch.

So, whether you’re drawn to the rareness of an original or the accessible connection of a limited edition, there’s a story waiting to find its home. Feel free to reach out if you’d like to see what’s currently available—I’m always happy to share the process.
