First, don’t panic. We’ve got a straightforward process to make it right. When you carefully unbox your sculpture and spot damage, please take clear photos showing the issue and the packaging. Email these to us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll review them quickly, usually within a business day.
Here’s the good part: if the damage is significant and the piece is one-of-a-kind, we’ll arrange a full replacement—at no extra cost to you. For limited editions or custom works, we’ll either craft a new one from the same design or offer a comparable piece from our studio. Sometimes, if the damage is minor (like a small scratch or hairline crack that doesn’t affect the sculpture’s integrity), we might offer a professional repair by our artisans instead. We’ll also cover return shipping for damaged items, and we’ll ship your replacement as soon as it’s ready.
