Is there a warranty against manufacturing defects for this craft sculpture?
Great question! Absolutely, each of our handcrafted sculptures comes with a warranty against manufacturing defects, because we stand behind the quality of our work. If you notice any flaw that isn’t part of the intentional artistic design – like a crack, structural weak point, or faulty joint – we’ll take care of it. Typically, this warranty covers defects for up to one year from the date of delivery, but the exact duration may vary slightly depending on the material and size of the piece.
Now, a little honesty: since these are handmade, no two are exactly alike, and tiny variations are part of their charm. The warranty protects you from issues that affect the sculpture’s integrity or appearance in a way I didn’t intend. For example, if a metal component breaks due to a poor weld, or a wooden base splits along a non-natural grain line, that’s on us. But normal wear, accidental damage, or exposure to extreme conditions (like leaving it in direct sunlight or damp areas) wouldn’t be covered.
To file a claim, just send me a photo and a brief description of the issue. I’ll review it within a couple of days, and if it’s a valid defect, I’ll either repair it free of charge or offer a replacement or refund. Shipping for warranty repairs is covered on my end. And if you ever have questions about how to best display or care for your sculpture to keep it in perfect shape, I’m always happy to help. After all, I want you to enjoy your piece for years to come.
