Do you offer any kind of guarantee or return policy if I’m not happy with a craft sculpture after it arrives?

Great question! I completely understand wanting peace of mind when bringing a unique piece of art into your home. Yes, I do offer a straightforward satisfaction guarantee and return policy for my craft sculptures.

First, if your sculpture arrives damaged during shipping—which rarely happens, but I know it can—I’ll replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping costs. Just send me a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and I’ll handle the rest.

Second, if you’re simply not happy with the sculpture once you see it in person—maybe the colors feel different under your lighting, or the scale isn’t quite what you imagined—you have 14 days from delivery to return it. I’ll refund the purchase price (minus the original shipping fee). You just cover the return shipping.

To make things easy, I recommend contacting me before returning anything. I’m always open to suggestions, and sometimes a simple adjustment or swapping for another piece can fix the issue without a full return. My goal is for you to love your sculpture, not just tolerate it.
