Do you offer any kind of warranty or guarantee on your craft sculpture if it gets damaged during shipping?
That’s a great question, and I completely understand your concern. Shipping a handcrafted sculpture—something made with hours of care and intention—is a big responsibility, and I take it very seriously. Yes, I absolutely offer a warranty and a guarantee specifically for damage that might happen during shipping.
Here’s how it works. Every sculpture is carefully packed using multiple layers of protection: custom-fit foam inserts, a sturdy outer box, and fragile stickers clearly marked on all sides. I also insure every shipment for the full value of the piece. So if, despite all that care, the sculpture arrives with visible damage, simply send me a photo within 48 hours of delivery. Once I see the evidence, I’ll either provide a full refund or send you a free replacement—whatever you prefer.
This covers all accidental damage during transit, including cracks, chips, or breakage. The only exception is if the box itself looks intentionally mishandled or if there’s clear evidence of neglect from the carrier, but even then, I’ll work directly with the shipping company on your behalf so you don’t have to deal with any of the hassle.
I’ve been shipping sculptures for years, and this guarantee gives both of us peace of mind. You can order knowing your art is protected, and I get to ensure my work reaches you in the condition it left my studio—flawless. If you have any specific questions about the process, just ask. I’m here to help.
